Back in the early summer of 2017, I wrote up what I’d describe as a weird reptileman-centric sword and planet tale and submitted to Cirsova magazine. Alex wound up with a slew of stories during that submission period and attained several issues worth of material.
Well, the time has finally come. “Antares,” the story of a scavenging tribesman and his bondmate, is the fruit of hours of Jack Vance and Robert E Howard sloshing around mercilessly in my head.
If you missed the Kickstarter and are interested in surveying the pioneer of old-school revival scifi/fantasy, Cirsova #9 can be purchased on Amazon.
